As someone with an established chronic pain and health board, I can assure you that it is always in your best interest to discuss with your physician what vitamins and herbs are the safest for your health.

Many people assume that all vitamins/herbs are healthy, but too much of a good thing can be not so good! We pick up many of our vitamins/herbs in our foods and even medicines.

Also some vitamins/herbs are dangerous mixed with those medicines we need.

I make a point to never take any myself without first having that discussion with my doctor.
