You can't dilute urine, because the only thing you'd have to dilute it with is tap water, and that would show up on the urinalysis. Urine does not contain H2O. It's been chemically changed by the time it comes out as urine.
Attempt to dilute the alcohol as much as possible. Basically, drink as much water as you can, this way you will urinate more meaning that there will be less and less in your urine every time you urinate. Hope this helps!

A dilute solution is a liquid consisting of a chemical of interest to which has been added water or another solvent to create a mixture in which the chemical of interest is present at much lower concentration than before. Adding more water to a drink is an example of diluting the drink. When so much water is added that the drink tastes really weak, then you have a dilute solution of the drink.

No. Nothing "clears out" your system. The best anything can do is dilute your urine for the test and the best thing for that is water. The day of the test drink as much water as you can (but not until your nauseous, you can go into heart failure believe it or not from too much water) and drink a lot in the last half hour before the test. You still might fail though.
Become really concentrated
Usually that just means that the urine was very concentrated - i.e. you did not drink much water.
3 to 4 liters of water
