through urine alone, it could range from 400ml-800ml per day, thats based on ~4-6 trips to the bathroom on regular bases. now, if you were to drinking pop/soda or beer or alcohol, that number may easily doubled or even tripled. lets just say within 3 hours of drinking casually, ive already took 4-6 trips within does 3 hours. considering that ive probably went to the bathroom 2-4 times before hand, thats about 1500-2000ml that has been lost, remember, this is just an general estimation.
