How much weigh can be lost from a 180 lb girl in a 3 month period with diet and regular excersise?

The answer would be different for every person, however, my Doctor told me that if I were to do mild exercise & eat an 1100-1200 calorie per day diet that after my initial weight loss of water etc, I could expect to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week. I started out at 187 pounds & am following the Nutra System diet & have lost 17 pounds in the first 6 weeks. Good luck.
