idk and i would not try if i was you. i mean tht is so unhealty. u can hurt ur self from eatin only 5 calories. wat about mayb 300-500 calories shud do the trick. if u eat only five calories a day this can cause you to have anorexia nervous. :/ just stay in the hundreds -yes more than 100- calories a day go for a walk or workout at home. if u don't like walkin or working out i highly recomend gettin the wii! try boxin on it helps alot! i lost 5-10 pounds in one week! but if u do try the wii be constant. play on it for hours (u will also build muscle) everyday! have fun, lose weight, build muscle! stay healty tho! oh create a diet plan! u will decide how many calories with meal n such :) n excerise awesome! hope i helped u :)
