Simply by reducing Fructose from my diet, I have lost over 30 pounds in the last six months. When I first started, I lost 6 pounds in two weeks, and 22 pounds in eight weeks, which i was absolutely blown away by.

Fructose is found in just about all processed foods, and is found naturally in sugar. So simply by understanding what foods have sugar in them and then eating foods low in sugar and therefore Fructose, is all that is required to lose weight very quickly, but more importantly, healthily.

I highly recommend this as a great healthy weight loss option which works fast.
