Well it depends on how quick your metabolism is and how much you eat. i lost my weight very quickly and that was because my metabolism is VERY fast and i went through a stage of not eating, it is not recommended but my size 8 jeans slide off of me. I have started to gain weight again now and my son is nearly 5 months old. But it takes more time to gain than to lose it but on the other hand It is easier to get back into shape than to actually lose the weight. Everyone is different and their bodies work differently, just because you've had a baby doesn't mean you body all of a sudden changes the rate in which you put on and loose weight. And also your baby fat comes off really quickly with exercise like crunches, and that is the majority of where the weight comes from...
