You're not supposed to lose more than a few pounds a week (like, 1 to 3 pounds a week). Which would be 4 to 12 pounds a month.

Although, most people usually experience dramatic weight loss after the first week of dieting/exercising. It's not uncommon for people to lose 6, 8, even 10 pounds the first week (a lot of it is just water weight, though). After the first week, the weight loss slows down to a few pounds a week.

Doctors say the most you can healthily lose is 2lbs a week, so around 8lbs. It really all depends on how much you weigh and how much your calorie intake is though. If you weight 140lbs and eat 1200cals a day (the very lowest you can eat and remain healthy) you won't lose much, but if you weigh 260lbs you stand to lose a lot.

That all depend on you and how you workout. The maximum you can shed in a month span is 10 kg but after a period of time your the amount of reduction in weight will decrease with time. if you are really fat, then you will lose lot of weight with more workout time but when u lose about 10 Kg then it will not reduce as fast as you wish. Dont go for anyfast way of reducing weight it will affect your health in one or another way.

Look..this depends on the person..I don't know how your body is or how easy you burn calories but if u want to know you should ask your doctor and then he will explain you what to eat or not...e.t.c..

It all depends on how overweight a person is.. The smaller you are the slower you will loose weight. If you start eating right and excersize everyday and eat lots of small meals you should loose weight at a safe rate.
