Not if you lose weight slowly. Your skin has something in it called elasticity to help it stretch and keep it's form if weight is lost.
One way you might go about it is to lose weight a little at a time. This might not sound very desirable if you want to lose weight fast, but that way your skin will have time to tighten, rather than sag. Also, drinking lots of water will keep skin firmer and maintain elasticity. Hope that helps!

To drastically lose weight (long term, that is) , you should get on a diet that is low in fat, that has alot of protein, whole grain, whole wheat,vegetables, fruits ,etc. You should lower your food portions, but NOT starve yourself. That way you will keep the weight off.
you should do this by exercise you probably are just out of shape. You can do it though just keep working at it.
You really should be under a doctors supevision when you try that, but you should be able to lose about a pound a day, provided that you keep up the exercise.
The best way to lose weight and keep it off is by diet and exercise. The weight will come off slower, but you will be more likely to keep it off.
