Well it depends how much you're eating. If you are doing cardio every day but pigging out and eating a ton of carbs, then you're still going to get bigger. You have to eat very few carbs, and your total daily calories should be around 11 per pound you weigh. You also need to eat good fats like avocado, nuts, olive oil so that your body knows not to hang on to the fat because you're getting plenty of it throughout the day.
