It is all depending on how overweight you are, if you are, and how much you are eating right now. If you are significantly overweight you will lose a lot of weight quickly.

If you are at a healthy weight but eat a normal amount of food daily then you will lose a little bit of weight initially as well. After a certain point you will lose weight much slower, or stop lose weight all together because by eating such a small amount of food throughout the day you are not providing enough energy (thats what food is for) for all your bodily functions (why anorexics lose their periods) and your bodily functions will slow down and therefore your metabolism will slow down drasticallyOnce your metabolism slows it will be wayyy too easy to GAIN weight. You will feel tired and lethargic all the time. You won't be able to exercise as much. And you will be aggravated by the fact that you are not dropping weight anymore. You already know this - the best way to lose weight is to eat the amount of calories your body needs and exercise on a regular basis.

If you are a teenage girl (sorry I'm stereotypically guessing) its going to be around 1500 - 2000 calories to keep your metabolism running. And just exercise every other day for about 30 or 45 minutes. Weigh yourself only once a week. HEALTHY weight loss is between 1-2 pounds a week but can be more initially if you are overweight. PS. if you are a girl don't freak out if your all of a sudden gain around two pounds right before your period. it's not real "weight" aka fat or muscle, it is only water weight. it will go away.
