You are looking at 0-3 pounds. And you WILL rebound if you stop there. But seriously, how depressing will your life be if you only ate that for weeks and weeks?!
Make one of your meals cereal and eat the granola bar if you must snack. Drink lots of fluid because there's no point in feeding yourself granola without getting the water to flush the fiber out.
Oh, and if you are really serious, go to the gym! If you don't want to exercise, then you don't deserve to lose the weight!
You could loose nothing at all, or even gain, depending on how much of it you ate and how much you're loosing now. And you will gain all the weight you lost back as soon as you stop. I seriously don't think it will do anything for you at all.
