Depending on how you go about this, you are looking at range of anywhere between $15-$500 or so. I wouldn't recommend doing this on your own unless you know exactly what product to buy and how to apply it. However, if you are determined to make this happen and are limited to a small amount of money and happen to know anyone that has experience in hair treatment or styling, you could probably get a bleach kit and some pink dye for about $20 or $30 total. Bleaching your hair is unhealthy, so you might want to stretch this out for a couple of weeks, just to give your hair some time to adjust to the chemicals. Too much product at one time or for too long can make your hair very brittle. You might look up ways to do it on your own or with a friend on the internet and find out exactly what methods and procedures. You can also go to a salon, where chemicals for this are readily available and will be applied by a professional, the only drawback to this is that it will cost you quite a bit more. A salon hair stylist will charge you about $50-$120 or maybe a lot more depending on where you go.
