There are two ways to do it. The easiest is just to put a built-in motion sensor on the one light. The switch would have to be on for the motion sensor to work. If you just want the motion sensor to work without a switch, you need to run unswitched power directly to the light.
If you are replacing it with a new one, unplug the sensor from the harness, cut the wires off at the sensor, slip a 7/8" box wrench over the sensor and with a counterclockwise motion remove the sensor from the exhaust pipe. Install the new one using a 7/8" open end wrench and tighten as you would a spark plug, reconnect the wires to the harness.
You would buy a motion sensor alarm if you wanted to know if someone was in your house while you were asleep. Also if you wanted to bust your kids sneaking out.
If you are replacing a 02 sensor with a new one I would cut off the wires at the sensor and slip a 7/8" box wrench over the sensor and remove it with a counterclockwise motion.

a motion is where a specific topic such as" starting school an hour later". If someone agrees the would second the motion showing that it is a good idea.

The tools you would require to install a home security home system yourself would be to have cctv cameras, locks and bolts inside and outside, motion detecting lights.
If your plan is to install a new O2 sensor, I would unplug the electrical connection to the sensor and then cut the wires off at the sensor. Doing this will allow you to slip a 7/8" box wrench over the sensor and turn it counterclockwise to remove it.
Unplug the wire harness, snip off the wires at the old sensor, use a 7/8" box end wrench over the old sensor to break it loose (CCW), install new sensor using a 7/8" open end wrench, tighten (CW) as you would a spark plug (no need to over tighten), plug wire harness back together, done.
