what is the cost of repair of Toyota 4runner exhaust manifold
The intake manifold basket was a bad design that was replaced with a better design. Sometimes when this basket leaks, it can get the sensor wet and cause it to corrode. Replace the sensor and manifold
The map sensor on a Zafira 1.6 is typically located on or near the intake manifold. It is often found towards the front of the engine compartment, on the driver's side, close to the throttle body. However, for proper confirmation and accuracy, consulting the vehicle's repair manual or contacting a qualified mechanic would be recommended.
Again, not difficult. But, one of those jobs when you should have a repair manual handy. The knock sensor lies beneath the intake manifold. Components that you would not think about must be removed and the torque sequences for reassembly are very specific.
your map sensor is on the left side of the intake manifold next to theiat sensor it would be the one that is more at the corner near the back its all black your map sensor is on the left side of the intake manifold next to the iat sensor it would be the one that is more at the corner near the back its all black
It is located about in center of the engine compartment on the backside of the motor against the firewall...right above the exhaust manifold. That would be the upstream o2 sensor. The downstream o2 sensor is located somewhere on the exhaust just after the exhaust manifold...
i asked the question how would i know the answer
Bank 2 would be the passenger side of the engine, sensor 1 would be the first sensor after the passenger side exhaust manifold. It is best reached from under the vehicle.
Assuming you mean bank 2 sensor 1, it would be the first O2 sensor located in the header pipe after the passenger side exhaust manifold.
It depends on the engine size. Most are located on the intake manifold.
Assuming you have the 4.3 engine, bank 2 sensor 1 would be the O2 sensor threaded into the exhaust pipe directly after the passenger side exhaust manifold.
should be low on the exhaust, near the exhaust manifold. Near the left or right tires, sometimes, they can be near the the firewall. Bank one on the 4.3L would be the drivers side bank of cylinders. Bank one, sensor one, would be the sensor directly after the exhaust manifold on the drivers side.
