I checked a couple of sites and they all listed between 3-3.8 hours labor. Depending on the market you are in labor is generally + or - $65 an hour. The water pump should run around $70 (guesstimate). In all honesty I would have the belts checked and replaced if needed at the same time. Most places will charge you very little if any additional labor because they have to take them off anyway. The belts should not be all that expensive and if possible buy them yourself ahead of time.
I can get to it but how does one get it out?
If you remove the right front plastic fender liner on the caravan, the water pump is lower right of the engine.
Yes.
The AC drain on a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan EX is located underneath the front of the vehicle. Often, when the drain is clogged, water will leak into your vehicle and get the floorboards wet.

It is directly below centre of pump.
Water is leaking on passenger side floor board when heat is on
Rear most and lowest pulley on the serpentine belt.
Head gasket, timing cover gasket, or hose leaking.
I paid about 200 last year- that was for parts and labor.
