No. It is possible for a bitch to come into heat more frequently but it isn't healthy. For that to happen, the puppies would be removed from the mother way too soon and weaned to early. Once the bitch's milk has dried up, she could go into heat again faster than you'd think. Doing back to back breeding is not healthy for the bitch of the puppies and should be avoided.

And if you were a professional breeder, you would not be here asking these questions. Go get your dog altered.
