after 15,000 to 20,000 miles
You should use only Honda genuine transmission fluid. You can get a gallon of it at your local Honda dealer and change it yourself.
The transaxle fluid should be changed every ofter according to the Honda recommended specifications. Honda recommended every 75,000 miles the transmission should be flushed.

It should be changed every 75,000 miles at the very least.
Honda does not list changing P/S fluid as a regular schedule maintenance item at any time. I would change it at 100,000 miles and use only Honda P/S fluid.
Honda transmission fluid is specifically formulated by Honda for the transmission they designed and built. Using any other fluid will cause rough shifts. That is why you should only use genuine Honda fluid.
How do you change the differential (rear) in 2005 Honda CRV

Should be a drain plug at the bottom of transmission and a fill plug at the side
Honda recommends changing it at 100,000 miles. I personally recommend you change it every 75,000 miles. The 2003 Honda Accord had problems with the transmission so I would recommend this as a preventative measure.

Yes, it should be changed as outlined in your owners manual. If you have no manual change them both every 75,000 miles.
