A daybed is just like any other bed, so if there is someone sleeping in it regularly it should be changed at least once a week. Some people with Allergies may need to change the bedding more often.

What are the standard dimensions of daybeds and sheets to fit them?

Daybeds are designed to accommodate standard twin-size mattresses. The standard dimension of twin-size mattresses is 39" wide by 75" in length, so look for twin-size fitted and flat sheets to fit your daybed. A daybed is fitted with a standard twin mattress. A daybed is designed to function as a piece of furniture in a den, guestroom or studio apartment and offers a place to sit that can be converted to a bed as needed. Standard twin sheets fit the daybed mattress. There are special dust ruffles for daybeds, depending on how high the mattress sits on on the frame. You can often find daybed linen sets at stores that have an extensive line of bedding accessories (Bed,Bath & Beyond; Linens and Things; The Company Store).

How often you change hamster bedding?

Depends on how many hamsters & the size of the cage. The smaller the cage & the more in one cage, the more often it needs to be cleaned. Use natural products, rinse & air dry! They HATE a dirty cage!

What distinguishes trundle beds from daybeds?

A trundle bed is a bed that slides under another bed. It is pulled out as needed to additional sleeping space, say, for an overnight guest. A daybed is a bed that is not designed as a traditional bed. It often looks like a large sofa, with a back and arms, as opposed to a headboard/footboard configuration. A daybed can be used in an office or den or sun porch for extra seating during the day. Any bed can have a trundle bed. A daybed can have a trundle bed, which is often hidden by a long dust ruffled. A daybed is one thing; a trundle bed is another. A daybed may or may not have a trundle; it is in any case a daybed all the same. A day be is a twin sized bed that is made to look like a couch. A trundle is often a option for a day bed and in a mattress that slides under the main bed when not in use.

Is it possible for a layer of cross bedding strata show graded bedding as well?

Absolutely: there are many possibilities. The only issue is that as the cross-bedding is often not on a massive scale, this may cause graded bedding to become unnoticeable. It is clearer in a rock with only graded bedding. As the beds are often quite shallow, grading is often unnoticeable, yet it still may exist on a slight scale.

How to Choose a Daybed Comforter Set?

A daybed is a uniquely styled piece of furniture. It is designed to be used as both a sitting and sleeping area without needing to alter the shape of the frame. You will find several bedding products available for use with the mattress of this item. Your first consideration is whether or not you want a loose fitting blanket or comforter used as the covering for the mattress during the day. If the daybed is located in a child’s room it is more practical to choose one of the comforter sets over a mattress cover. This keeps the bed in a state of readiness when your child needs to use it. The various sets created for a daybed will include the comforter, sheets and matching shams. The reason the set includes shams is because the pillows are often used as the cushions against the back frame portion of the unit. The shams protect the pillows and cases underneath from becoming soiled. These sets are available in different sizes so you need to know if the mattress is a single or double sized item. Some sets may also include a ruffle, which is placed underneath the mattress to create a coordinated look for the whole bed. The type of set and accessory pieces you select should be in keeping with where your daybed is located. A daybed in a little girl’s room may be enhanced with a bed ruffle and lace embroidered pillow shams. In addition to the basic pieces you want to consider the colors and patterns used in the design. Solid colors, stripes and geometric patterns are good choices for daybeds in casual settings such as a family room or den. A daybed kept on a sun porch could use bedding with floral patterns in the design. After you select the size, color and set for your daybed, you can add some extra throw pillows to help fill in the back cushion area. All of these bedding items are sold in sets and as singles. You can save time and money by selecting one of the bed-in-a-bag sets designed for use with a single or double sized bed.

How often should you clean your horse's stall when it is in there very often?

You will definetly need to muck it out every day (take the poo out and wet patches of shavings/straw and replace the bedding you have taken out) You should do a FULL clean out every week ... This means that you take out ALL the bedding and disenfect the floor with a equine disenfectant. Preferably leave the stall to air unless your horse is there ... You can then replace with clean bedding knowing that you have got rid of all the nasty germs and bacteria (especially if your horse is in there very often)
