Most likely you would only use thin pads for discharge. There really isn't a reason why you should put on heavy flow pads unless its personal. When changing a pad for discharge it could depend on how much has already leaked onto it. Whenever you go to the bathroom check how much is on your existing pad and if its basically half way covered with discharge then that the time to change it. notice its unhealthy to keep ANY kind of pad in for more than 6 hours. You certainly can. A light pad can help out.
Using the patch can cause an increase in normal discharge - but discharge with a bad odor is almost always caused by an infection. You should see your doctor or family planning clinic to be tested.

Change the oil and filter every 5,000 miles if you are using conventional oil or every 7,500 miles if you are using synthetic oil.
Every 5,000 miles is the max i would go, and you should be using synthetic oil only.
On most vehicles I recommend you change the oil every 5,000 miles if you are using conventional oil and 8,000 if you are using synthetic. However due to a design flaw in your Saturn engine, you need to change your oil every 3,000 miles.
You should follow the service recommendations in the user manual. But generally if you are using a good synthetic oil you should change the oil and the filter every 15,000 miles.

You should replace it as often as you can. But as a limit, do not keep a sponge for more than a month. I do not see myself using a couple of sponges a week, so what I personally do is change my sponge every 15th and every 30th of every month.
I dodged the bullet on that one by not using synthetic oil in my car. If I did, I would be sure to change it at least as often as my owner's manual stipulates so I don't void my warranty.
First you should universal indicator paper to determine whether or not your soil is an acid or an alkali, then just add whatever you want to change it to. Often with soil it is difficult to change the PH, due to the fact it is the ground around it that is the acid/alkali. If its potted plants youre using then you should check the PH when you but the soil. If its in the ground, it will be very difficult to change.
