Eye Appointment You should visit an eye doctor once per year for a regular eye exam.
He should get an eye checkup. 13 is quite young to be getting floaters. So a checkup would be a good idea.
You need to take it to see an animal doctor (a Vet) for a checkup.
Probably whatever your doctor tells you.Usually one drop per infected eye every 4 hours. But ALWAYS discuss with your doctor first.
You should go to the eye doctor at least once a year for an eye exam if you have risk factors such as diabetes, eye problems, family history of glaucoma, etc. Those with no concerning issues should have an eye exam every 2-4 years. Those over the age of 65 should have one every 1-2 years. Most optometrists will recommend that you get an eye exam at least once a year but if you are having trouble reading or if your vision is blurred than you should get an exam right away. Typically as you age you should get an exam more often.
If you are a healthy adult you should have an eye exam performed every two to three years until age 60 and then annual exams for seniors age 61 and up. Of course if you wear corrective lenses or have other eye concerns you will need to see your doctor more frequently.
Your eye can get infection and that can lead to you being blind in that eye. If your not a doctor you should go straight to your doctor and if it doesn't get better within a week you should go straight to the emergency room.
What my sons doctor told us was that it takes up to 6 weeks for the muscle to heel back on the eye, then it should be straight, but in recovery it was already straighter. At the first appointment he didn't seem concerned that it wouldn't be totally straight at the 5 week checkup. Good luck mom of a 4 year old with eye surgery
Pink eye is not commonly heard eye condition. It must be faintly red eyes. If there is change is your eye color then you must see ophthalmologist.
If you get pus from a blister in your eye, you should probably see a doctor.
An opthalmologist should be consulted for treatment of eye ulcers.
