Radiator hoses and heater hoses should be inspected yearly and replaced when neccessary.
You do not have to replace the PS hoses. Remove the radiator and install a new one.

There is no strict rules about that. You need to inspect hoses periodically. But when you have a car which is 10 years old you might need to change all vacuum hoses around the engine.
you have to disconnect the hoses first that are on the firewall it is best to go at it from under the car. Then after you have disconnected the hoses you need to remove both panels under the dash and you will see it from there as it is step by step

Remove bolts, connectors and hoses. Replace. Hook up hoses, conectors and replace bolts. That easy!

generally if anti freeze is leaking into car this indicates that the heater core is worn out and has a hole you need to replace heater core ,or lift the hood and disconect the heater hoses join the hoses together with small pipe and 2 hose clamps and the leak will stop But the heater will not work
im guessing that your talking about the alarm/keyless remote. You will find that you have to get closer and closer to the car to be able to unlock it. You should replace the battery when you have to be within about 10ft from the car.
