Roughly six months.

They can begin to take an interest in the female at around 20/22 weeks but there is no exact age at which they become fertile, therefore a reasonable guideline is 6 months (26 weeks)

Unlike people, cats remain fertile all of their lives. The only guaranteed way to make sure your male cat doesn't get female cats pregnant is to neuter him. You should spay the females as well.

They can begin reproducing as early as 4 to 6 months, although it is highly advisable to spay the kittens before this time. At this age, they are still kittens themselves. The risk of complications and things going wrong with a pregnant kitten is significantly higher than with a fully adult cat who is expecting kittens. Spay and neuter kittens before they reach 6 months old.

A female cat that is not spayed is able to mate and give birth to kittens as long as she lives. Nikki

Female cats will breed until they die. They are not like humans and go through menopause. The cats will actively be in heat each month no matter the age of the cat.
