∙ 15y agoThis age would be greatly determined by your parent or gaurdians. If they say you must be 18, you must be 18. If they say you must be 12, you must be 12. Until you are 18, your parents can legally tell you what you can and can't get. After you are 18, you can pretty much get anything without haveing to ask your parents first because you are an inividual adult.

∙ 12y agoIt doesn't matter. I had my laptop when i was 4. it was a hp pavilion. i got it as my b'day gift from my parents.... when i was 10 on my b'day i got a macbook pro. the best hp laptop for kids from 9-13 years are :-
1. 15.6'' screens

4. Windows 7 Home Premium, Pro or Ultimate

If i were you, i would buy macbook pro. It's the best laptop for kids..
