if you are 10-18 try to run at least a mile (a mile is basically four laps around a standard track field) if u can run a Mile in less than 6:30 that auto make you fit. i mean in shapeto get this time try to pace your self

Maybe ask your doctor. you should be able to walk around a quarter mile track in 5 minutes, you should able to walk up up 10 flights of stairs in five minutes. If you can walk up 10 flights of stairs in 5 minutes you are in good shape.
