If it is a suzuki katana 50cc, then it probebly won't reach 60! if is is de-restricted and modified it might well do, but its is such a slow time it is not worth clocking it!
I personally own a 2006 Katana 600 the fastest I could get it to go was about 143.
About 260 Kilometers, then you will go into reserve for about another 40 - 60 Kilometers
YOU DON'T JUMP START A SUZUKI KATANA. The following reasons hold true: 1. The Suzuki Katana is a precision-power machine. Pushing the motorbike downhill on 3rd gear might start the bike a few times, but will ruin the bike's precision electronics because you are effectively turning the engine into an electric generator by pushing it to run. 2. "Gunning the gas" on a downhill jumpstart will engage the Katana's engine immediately, making it go very fast and dangerously so. Doing this might make you lose control of the motorcycle. If you want to start your Suzuki Katana, have the starter and the kickstarter fixed. Make sure the carburetors and air cleaner are clean, and the spark plugs are all replaced together regularly. The only people who jumpstart a Suzuki Katana are professional racers who have a pit crew to assist them with a push AND a fire extinguisher at hand at all times.

If you are refering to an e46 330ci (one between 1999 and 2005), they all get to 60mph in about 7 seconds. Quick but not blindingly fast.
