To remove the windshield wiper arm on a 1992 Mitsubishi truck, start by lifting the wiper arm away from the windshield. Look for a small retaining nut at the base of the arm and use a socket wrench to loosen and remove it. Once the nut is removed, gently wiggle the wiper arm to detach it from the splined shaft, being cautious not to damage the windshield. If necessary, use a wiper arm puller for added leverage.
Raise the arm up and look for a retainer clip on the bottom side nearest the pivot point. I believe this is how yours is removed.
Assuming you mean 1992 BMW 525i... The 1992 BMW 525i wiper blade sizes are 22" drivers and 24" passenger side wiper blades. See sources and related links below for more information. Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments, do not buy wipers just by length only. Be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures correct length AND correct attachment.

MOST GM wiper arms remove the same way; lift the wiper arm so that it is at a 90 degree angle to the window, it should stay there. At the base of the arm there should be a little piece of metal that sticks out just enough to get a screwdriver between it and the rest of the arm. Pry the metal away and it should pivot out of the slot that holds the wiper arm in place. Once the retainer is moved, the wiper arm should pull straight off of the shaft.
look at the half circle clip on the side of wiper arm. lift the wiper arm and pull the clip out as far as it goes the wiper arm should rest on the clip and now be "locked" up in the air . now you should be able to remove the wiper arm
