If you are still interested in getting the job, take the interview seriously. There must be a reason for the employer wanting to see you again. As for the 'mistake', it may simply be that their first choice and reserve choice have turned the job down. If so, it wouldn't necessarily mean that there's anything wrong with the job itself. For example, they may have preferred a position that didn't involve relocating. In any case - good luck!
