That is all very true and good advice. I would add that even facial care does not have to be expensive. There are recipes on Google for inexpensive homemade skincare. It is possible to by at a very cheap price from the supermarket, coldpressed apricot or almond oil which is great as both a cleanser and moisturiser for the face and both are easily absorbed and do not leave a greasy feel on the face. A good way to take care of your skin is also to drink sufficient water daily, get enough sunshine, which provides Vitamin D and eat healthy meals and snacks including lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Also a walk in the fresh air, as possible, on a daily basis or at least several times a week.
