I'm assuming you have access to a fresh water crab because a Betta will not be able to live in salt water. The crab will attempt to catch and eat the slow moving Betta. It is only a matter of time before the Betta is killed.
Its new exoskeleton tends to bend and crumple under the force of its muscles.
no they put their little ''legs'' in the shell they want for a couple seconds and then they change
It feeds the friendly bacteria in the soil that kills nematodes and it has very slow release nutrients to feed your plants over a long period of time it is slow release so it won't burn your plant
You can start with being slow moving and predictable with it. Be sure to talk to it in a soothing voice. Have patience, and only interact with your crab in comforting situations. What I mean by this is, if the stereo is blasting, the dog is running around, the TV is on and people are arguing in the room, you are going to get nowhere. Try being alone in the room with the crab, or only have people who know to be quiet and slow moving. Most hermies will get scared and go in their shell when shadows cross over them, since birds are predators to them, so try not to move between the light and your crab. Have patience, be willing to sit with your crab in your hand for as long as it takes for them to come out and explore. Show your crab that they can trust you to be stable and safe for them.
