You should wait a minimum of 28 days before you seal concrete. If you pour your concrete in summer, than a minimum of 14 days is acceptable. If you seal concrete any quicker, there is a chance moisture will be trapped inside.

if the concrete is not sealed its possible , it will cause the concrete to become slippery .

Hollow concrete tile blocks were first used soon after the ancient Romans developed concrete. It was not very strong, but it was strong enough to be a tile.

The cement may not have been sealed properly, which would allow water to seep in the small cracks. In the winter the water freezes and expands causing the cement to crack and crumble. the finish on the concrete was not done correctly.trowel finished pushing the stones down from top of surface then sealed. concrete setting up before finish steps done.
