The doctor should be able to hear the babies heart beat with a Doppler after about 16 weeks. If you are more than 16 to 20 weeks pregnant and the doctor can not hear a heart beat then you need an ultrasound to make sure the baby is ok.

You can never feel a baby's heartbeat in utero. You can, however, get a babybeat or similar device and here it after about 8 or 9 weeks.

No. The pulse is directly tied to the heartbeat. In the fetal stage, there's no way of detecting a pulse; but you can hear and see a heartbeat.

Is it possible to hear sounds and feel a little beat in your stomach and not be pregnant?

No. It may be possible with a Doppler to hear your own heartbeat-blood flowing throw your iliac arteries-which are near the site where you would expect to hear a baby's heartbeat. You can confirm that this is your heartbeat and not your baby's by comparing it to your pulse at the wrist. The baby's heart rate would be roughly twice yours.
