I had my ovulation on the 10 and on the 15th i had a dream I'm having sex with someone, when i woke up, i saw little blood in my virgina. Its been happining to me every month. And before it happened i always have the sign of early pregnancy, feeling sick, vomitting and feeling the fetus at my abdomen. what could be the cause
