So often called chromoly, this steel alloy is used in a majority of structural tubing applications 'cause it's strong and tough. The tensile strength is 85,000 to 110,000 psi, and yield strength is 70,000 to 85,000 psi. Building a roll cage for a funny car or a frame for a tandem bicycle?
