The average bite force of a bulldog varies from 160 and 210 lbs per square inch.
Just as a matter of comparison of where a Bulldog falls in the animal kingdom, the bite force of various animals were measured for a National Geographic program. A Hyena was measured at 1000 pounds of force, a Lion's bite force measured 691, a Shark 669, and a Rottweiler 328 pounds of force. A German shepherd came in at 238, and a Pitbull's bite was measured at 235 pounds of force.
yep their strong
These are not mutually exclusive The Bulldog can be both lazy and strong
Bulldogs only puppy bite when they are obviously puppies. Like any other puppy, they do not mean to hurt you, they just want to play. Baby bulldogs do not understand you are human, not a dog. Bulldogs are actually very family loving dogs, not mean as stereotypes suggest. I myself have a bulldog and I love him so much. I hope this clears up some stereotypical thoughts.~Alyssa19~
