Last reason Uzbekistan is successful is because its location, it is located one of the important strategic location for US, EU and Russia as well as China. It is in the middle of Central Asia, close to Afghanistan. Uzbekistan always can influence those area because it has reach traditions and culture which can fit all countries around of it.
