Everyone regardless of what race has a certain amount of melanin in their skin. Some Blacks have more than others, because we all come in different skin colors. Melanin is a pigment that determines skin color in humans. Albinism occurs when melanocytes produce little or no melanin. If don't think that melanin can be produced artificially though... Your skin can get darker, but the quantity of melanin in your body can not increase. I don't know if you've ever been in resorts, but I've met some of the staff who were born in Canada and have canadian parents/backround and they have spent close to a year working in Cuba and work outside. They have tanned a lot, but you can never attain the blackness of a black person.
