A title is a real text dueture
Firefox and Internet Explorer does not display alternative text on images. You can use title attribute which show's title text as balloon text if you hover over on image.

Click on Titles and Credits. Select where to place the title. Then select: Change Animation or Text Color and Font to make further changes to the text/title.
I don't believe you are missing the Title Animation option.
