you go to tools-internet options-connections-LAN settings. the proxy option should be there to tick or untick. Untick for no banned websites etc.
go to "tools" , "internet options" than advanced click on "reset " button below
Open IE and on the menu: Tools -> Internet Options Hit the Connections tab, then hit the LAN Settings button and UNCHECK "Use a proxy server for your LAN", then OK both windows. refresh the browser and IE should work.

Start>>Control Panel>> Internet Options For Internet options of browser like Internet Explorer Open Internet Explorer Click on Tools>>Internet Options For Firefox Open Firefox Click on Tools>>Options
Go to Tools - Options - Advanced - Network - Settings. Now click No Proxy. Click OK.
