You could try using a fuel catalyst. It basically makes your engine burn your fuel more efficiently, so you'll see better MPG, more power, lower emissions, and extended engine and oil life. All good things! The one I use, and have seen about a 10-15% increase in fuel economy with, is Fuel Infusion - http://www.fuelinfusion.com.
Of course, there's always the standard answers as well: keep your tires properly inflated, try replacing your air filter, spark plugs, etc... Or adjust your driving habits so your not always accelerating or braking.
