If it is a standard link bracelet then you need to push the pins out in the direction the arrows are pointing on the back of the links. The problem is the holes are so small that unless you have a special pin removing tool you will struggle.

∙ 10y agoYou need to push a small ponty pin ( a strong paperclip, or the thin screw driver is used) in to the holes on the sides. The arrows on the inside of the watch point to the direction the pin should com out. once the pin ttip is out use pliers if needted to pull the pin out. do not twist. then use a needle to push the other pin out.
