there are 2 adjustment screws for the lancer 95 model...the first screw is located near the radiator(of course both sides) the other one is almost at the edge of the of your hood..if your going to adjust the height or the beam of your headlight you should adjust the screw near the hood(but you need patience in adjusting your headlight) if you want your beam higher you should turn the screw to the right but if you want it lower just turn in to the left...like what i said you need a lot of patience in adjusting the headlights...the other screw is for adjusting the width of your beam...

0W30 and 5W30 can be used all-season in the 1995 Mitsubishi Lancer. The 30 weights can be used in the gasoline and non-turbocharged engines. Turbo and diesel cars will require weights as specified in the user manual.
Buy a boost controller.
It requires more power, RPM goes down when demand for power is higher especially if lights are on or air conditioning
To adjust headlights, open hood and look at top outside edges of headlight assemblies. You will see an access hole in each assembly to insert a flat-blade screwdriver. Insert screwdriver until it engages adjusting-gear teeth, then turn screwdriver to turn gear and adjust headlight up or down, depending on which way you turn screwdriver. Turn on headlights and aim car at wall to see which way headlight beam moves when you turn screwdriver.
