Just unscrew the one Phillips-head screw in the corner on the front bar, just under the corner of the hood. Once you do that, I'll seem like it's still attached, but actually all you need to do is jiggle it back and forth and pull straight out from the front of the car. There are a couple of plastic pieces that fit into holes, but they're not screwed to them.
Once you get the signal light assembly out, it's a simple matter of twisting the grey socket out of the lens, and then twisting the bulb until it can be pulled straight out.
Do the reverse to put it back together.
