Bulb is located on bottom side of head light . Only way to reach it is by Turning wheel to right if changing passanger side signal bulb or left to change Drivers side signal bulb ,after turning wheel to the respective side . With a flat head screw driver pop the plastic round clips on the front wheel well , after doing so remove plastics or move outwards to view the headlights you will see the wire going under the headlight unscrew to reveal bulb . Same goes for fog lights if it applies . Also its best to get new clips from autopart store I learn that the hardway . Its better to put fresh ones in . Specially if licing it hot climate plastics tent to get brittle and brake easily .
I searxh every where online even YouTube and nothing could be found about changing the darn signal lights on this model and year Toyota yaris . Good luck
