turn your key on to where it dings but don't start it, do you here that noise comming from the gas tank that just sounds like a radio bringing a CD in or ejecting one, if you hear it, it works, if you don't hear it, it don't.
however, have same problem with my 96 gmc... replaced pump and still no go. have troubleshooted and am hanging head in defeat. best option have diagnostic done. just because fuel pump not turning on does not mean the pump is bad. (replaced my fuel relay n fuses but no power to pump) obd test will show sensors out (replaced) ecm working fine.... trust me.. save urslf alot of time/money get diagnostic done..(am doing that tomorrow...will update with results.. maybe save someone some money)
