I believe we are such creatures of habit and in our personal relationships, become so codependent at times that we cant tell where we, ourselves, begin anymore. You have to be an individual at all times, yes, share good times with others, share bad times with others, help others, etc, but dont feel abandoned because there is always someone outthere that has it worse then you and also always someone out there ready and willing to listen. If you feel lonely, go out to places that you enjoy and just watch people, its cool to observe. If you have specific issues with those close to you, talk about it. Suffering in silence is never healthy. Get it out, off your chest and move on to the next peak of your life. We all have our ups and downs and that is another thing that makes us human. Be happy just being you, enjoy you and that of beauty around you, see the better side of things more often than not and only hang on to the negative for a millisecond, its never fruitful.
