How to encourage my 21 years old son to be shirtless all the time. He never go naked and shirtless at home even it's very hot and just too shy to take off his shirt in front of me and my wife?

Just take it off him if it's too hot and tell him you don't want him overheating and that he's not allowed to wear a shirt if it's hot.
