Look under the lid - most TOTO have 3 numbers stamped under the lid. I am holding one right now that says - TOTO -ST 703- MADE IN USA, on other end is 329 - and - 8.2498 - Copy all YOUR numbers and take them to your local Plumbing warehouse /supplier, they will usually help. Depending on local trade laws you may not be able to purchase from them, but they can tell you where to get it.
