You need to remove the inside door panel. There are a few screws, usually in or under the armrest, that have to come out. Once these screws are out, GENTLY pry the panel away from the frame all the way around the front, back and bottom of the door. There are push-in clips that look like giant thumbtacks sticking out of the inside face of the panel holding the panel in place. Be gentle and patient with these. I've found that two large flat-blade screwdrivers, one on each side of the pin, work well for this. Once they are loose, slip the panel up and off the frame taking care to not damage any wires for power windows, locks or mirrors. You can unplug those items if you need to but you can generally see what's going on inside the door without doing that. You didn't state what year/model of Accord or specifically what is wrong with the window but you should be able to see if there's a problem with the window glass or the mechanism now.
