Leak detection pump.
It might be an exhaust leak
probably a fuel leak somewhere .
The obvious answer would be that there would be a leak somewhere...
Trouble code P0442 means: Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (small leak)
Because the leak is high up in the tank.
possible faulty leak detection pump
There shouldn't be, but if you do, that indicates an oil leak somewhere
Trouble code P0455 means: Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (gross leak/no flow)
Think you mean power steering. Leak will usually be in a hose, coupling or pump. Replace the item that is leaking.
If your 1998 Jeep Cherokee is leaking coolant, it might be a seal but it is more likely that it is a hose. This might also be a radiator leak, a loose hose clamp, or the freeze plugs in the radiator.
Under the Air cleaner assembly on the left front of the engine compartment.
first determine where the leak is at if its a hose then replace the hose but if its somewhere you cant locate try bar's leak or alumaseal found at and parts store
I've never found one. I believe what you have is a exhust leak under the cab and it is leaking in.
What is a tuping
Coolant level is probably low, Have it checked for an antifreeze leak.
Either the induction system has a leak (air cleaner housing, tubing, etc.) or you have a vacuum leak.
Most of the "stop leak" products turn your antifreeze black. It's very likely someone used stop leak in your car.
Trouble code P1494 means: Leak detection pump pressure switch or mechanical fault
Bad bearing? Leak onto engine component?
It's almost always a vacuum leak, but it can also be a sticking throttle assembly.
Check you power steering fluid level, also look for a leak around the pump.
